Vintage Kilosale Germany (VKG)

Business-to-Business Sales

All products sold by Vintage Kilo Sale Germany are intended exclusively for business customers, resellers, and wholesalers.
By placing an order, you confirm that the purchase is made for commercial (B2B) purposes.

Accordingly, consumer withdrawal rights under EU distance-selling regulations do not apply.


General Policy

Due to the nature of vintage wholesale clothing and kilo-sale purchasing, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unsold stock
  • Style, model, or brand preference
  • Normal vintage wear and minor imperfections

Vintage items may show signs of wear consistent with their age and grading. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these conditions.


Exceptions – When Returns May Be Accepted

Returns are accepted only if Vintage Kilo Sale Germany has made a clear mistake in fulfilling the order.

The following situations may qualify:

1. Incorrect Items Sent

If the goods received do not correspond to the product description or order confirmation.

Examples:

  • A customer orders a unisex vintage sack but receives a feminine vintage sack

This does not apply to multi-brand or mixed packs, where brand variation is expected.


2. Excessive Grade B Items

Vintage clothing may contain minor imperfections. A return may be considered only if an unusually high percentage of the sack consists of true Grade B items.

Grade B Definition:

  • Description: Items with visible defects
  • Condition: Noticeable wear such as large stains, clear holes, or significant damage
  • Expectation: Still wearable but with clearly visible flaws

Not considered Grade B:

  • Small marks
  • Light wear
  • Minor imperfections not easily visible to the human eye

Normal vintage characteristics are not grounds for return.


Claim Period

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

  • Partial returns are not accepted
  • If approved, the return must include the entire sack or order as originally received
  • All returns require written approval from the VKG team before shipping

Once a return is approved, the customer must send the goods back within 14 days.
Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.


Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are paid and organised by the customer
  • Once the returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be issued
  • Refund amount = order value minus all transport and shipping costs
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Partial sack returns
  • Subjective quality expectations
  • Brand variation in mixed packs
  • Normal vintage wear
  • Minor defects consistent with vintage grading
